How to order?

State the exact product name that you want to order (as seen on the website) and the quantity as well. Choose an option of either self-collection or delivery. Once your order has been confirmed, an E-receipt will be issued and payment shall be made within 24 hours.

Delivery/Payment

"Do you guys provide delivery?"

Yes, we do! Deliveries can be arranged at a price. Please contact us for further details a week in advance if you would like your flowers delivered.

Otherwise, self-collection at Hougang MRT station will be free of charge.

"If I order today, when will it be ready for collection?"

It will take at most 1 week since the day your order has been confirmed for your flowers to be completed and we will notify you once it is ready for collection!

"What are the payment options?"

Currently, only PayNow and Paylah! is accepted.

Flowers

"How long will the flowers
last?"

Our preserved & dried flowers will last for at least 3 months. If kept in a cool, dry place, it may even last up to a year.

"Can I customize an arrangement?"

Yes! If you wish to have a bespoke arrangement, please contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram and we will send you google form where you can customize your arrangement :)

"Why are some unique flowers missing in my arrangement?"

Due to flower seasons, it may affect the availability, colour, size or shape of each bloom.  In such cases, some flowers may be substituted accordingly and we will try our best to stick to the same colour theme.

If you would like to have a specific flower included in your arrangement, please let us know via whatsapp or telegram and we will check for availability prior to your purchase.

Return policy

As our arrangements are made-to-order, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Acceptance of orders

Once your order has been confirmed by us, an e-receipt will be issued to you and it is considered accepted.

Cancellation/changing of orders

Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final upon confirmation, If you wish to change your order/customize it, notice has to be given 1 week in advance. In such a case, please contact us immediately via whatsapp or telegram
